Composed of the Local Committee President and six Vice Presidents for the functional areas, the EB is responsible for the operative planning, development and management of AIESEC Vienna. It is being elected within the scope of a yearly local conference and the term lasts one year, from 1st of July to 31st of May. Each functional area compiles several teams, each with a leader who is being guided, tracked, and kept busy by the respective Vice President. On the other hand, the Local Committee President is the head of the Executive Board and the main responsible for AIESEC Vienna.
The abbreviation RASTA stands for Recruitment and Selection Team AIESEC. The Recruitment Team focuses on ensuring the continuity of LC Vienna by attracting and recruiting students and recent graduates interested in AIESEC. This is made possible by raising the awareness about AIESEC on university campuses through various ways of promotion. The concrete tasks of the team include organizing info stands and lecture presentations, preparing posters and flyers, motivating AIESEC members to help in the recruitment process and coming up with new ways of promoting the organisation.
Through the work in the RASTA team you will gain experience in project management and an understanding of the recruitment process while learning how to communicate AIESEC to diverse audiences and improving your personal efficiency.

The Incoming Exchange Connection team is focusing on three main areas. Firstly, selling which includes cold calling, attending meetings with HR managers, raising internships and selling other AIESEC products. Secondly, account management and head hunting - the core responsibility in the Incoming Exchange (ICX )team: in other words, realizing internships by looking for suitable interns that fit the job descriptions. Thirdly, intern servicing - we are responsible for the interns as soon as they arrive in Austria. One of the main learning points in the team are improving presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
Big 5 is a project dedicated to our collaboration with AIESEC Bucharest, AIESEC Bratislava, AIESEC Prague, and AIESEC Budapest. Through this project we try to intensify student exchange, to promote business relations and to increase cultural understanding between Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Members of this team can gain project management, selling, negotiation and networking skills while developing a head for organizing and planning.

The task of the Talent Management (TM) Team is to help people develop on a personal and professional level by creating different learning environments that offer our members the opportunity for a Conscious Learning. In order to achieve that, personal coaching meetings and trainings are organised. As a member of TM you will develop an understanding for Human Resource Management (training development, organizational behavior), gain coaching and communication skills, coach people in their development and get coached in your own learning.
