AIESEC Vienna is part of the world's largest youth-run organization, with over 35 000 members from 107 countries. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people like you the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

AIESEC's Local Committee in Vienna currently comprises 94 active members working in 13 teams. It is running four projects on the issues of sustainability, global development,and China. During the year, AIESEC Austria organises a variety of national conferences focusing on leadership development, coaching, cultural sensitivity and sustainability.

Functional teams work towards the successful running of the association and with our corporate partners in order to organise internship opportunities for incoming AIESECers from all over the world. On the reverse side, members of the Local Committee go on exchange through AIESEC choosing from the global pool of internships.

On an international level we are part of the BIG5 cooperation connecting AIESEC Local Committees located in Vienna, Bucharest, Prague, Budapest and Bratislava.

Organisational Stance

AIESEC Vienna as part of AIESEC International is a non-religious and non-political organisation in its own right. Any political or religious statements made by members in a private setting or through a private online channel are rooted in personal opinion and can not be attributed as an organisational stance on political or religious topics.

In light of the current debate concerning university politics, AIESEC Vienna declares itself as neutral following the organisational principles of being an non-religious, non-political entity.
